Short paragraphs elaborating on each violation would be very helpful to those of us who are interested in knowing more about it but have no academic study under our belts… better if the explanatory paragraphs are as accessible as possible so that anyone, at any level would be able to understand as clearly as possible, maybe a video with audio commentary would serve the purpose even better since many aren’t inclined to read long articles (think TLDR “Too Long Didn’t Read”) which would make an effort to explain further, as I suggested, something of little impact, while people would be more amenable to watch/listen what would need to be written using lengthy paragraphs. What is the current status of;
The Immigration & Nationality Act ~ Public Law 414, Chapter 2, Section 212, which prohibits US entry if Alien seeks to overthrow the US Govt.

Our Constitution is just like a puzzle with many pieces that has to be joined together in order to see the whole picture. I see the whole picture and I see things which others cannot see . The Office of the President started off by being called Washington’s POST–an Executive Military Post. Washington was the Executive Officer of this Post.
Washington was indeed the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the newly formed states. Military Bases are set up all across America for our National Security. According to Ron Paul–There are over 900 United States Military Bases set up in foreign Nations.
Washington had a job to do and his job was to protect the people who volunteered to become an enlisted soldier. He had to take care of these Soldiers who were willing to fight and die for THEIR COUNTRY– AMERICA. This one man and our newly formed government had to figure out a way to house,clothe, and feed each and every enlisted soldier while being Professionally Trained.
We must look back in order to see that this EXECUTIVE NATIONAL SECURITY Office with EXECUTIVE NATIONAL SECURITY POWERS was the very first Office and OFFICER that was created, formed and made by the Continental Congress.
Washington was given the executive Power over the Military and the Military Mens NEEDS. That was his duty that he owed to our SOLDIERS. It was his DUTY to find other Professional Military men who could Professionally Train these Soldiers in how to fight a WAR and how to Obey the Orders. The ARTICLES OF WAR were written. Congress APPROVED these LAWS OF MILITARY JUSTICE. These Military Articles OF WAR were the first LAWS of our newly founded Nation,
It was Washington’s Duty to guard and protect THESE MEN and it was the SOLDIER’S DUTY to guard and protect the people in the several States!
People we have been so fooled into believing that the President has been given the rule over everything in our government. This is a LIE!
This government started with ONE EXECUTIVE OFFICE–a MILITARY OFFICE that was to watch over the Soldiers who were willing to fight and die for OUR LAND called America!
A President’s JOB and DUTY is to protect our Military Men who we, the people, hired for the PROFESSIONAL protection of OUR COUNTRY!
Here is the FIRST piece of the puzzle. Now attach the other Offices in this government to this one Military Office and you will begin to see the whole picture.
All the other Offices are not all Military that only have Military personnel working in them.There are Offices that are connected to this one Main Office of our Military to take care of the needs of the enlisted Soldiers.
The soldiers need BASES in every state and in all the other Nations– They need food, clothing, guns, ammunition, heavy equipment, vehicles, roads to travel on etc.
This Military Operation is a very big job and it needs many people to help keep our Military Men safe and secure.
Our government started out with One Office and one MILITARY MAN who had to DUTY to protect our Soldiers and to equip the Soldiers with all their needs.
How did we end up with this messed up government that we have today? IGNORANCE–that’s how.

Everyday I learn more by thinking and studying. I am so upset that the legality of this President has not been challenged. As it stands today anyone born in the United States, if the mother is an American, would be eligible to become out next President of the United States. People this is a lie and is completely unconstitutional.
Where are the Constitutional Scholars? I have no college education but I have a lot of common sense.
I know how to figure this out; and our forefathers KNEW that the day would come when someone other than a natural BORN American Citizen would try to take control of this government that they set up to protect all the future generations of Americans.

According to THIS Constitution Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Hillary Clinton, Sarah Palin, Carley Fiorina and BARACK OBAMA are and were NOT eligible to run for the Office of the President or Vice President.
Now this is quite simple. Our Constitution states this–No PERSON–EXCEPT a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States–AT THE TIME OF THE ADOPTION OF THIS CONSTITUTION–shall be eligible TO THE OFFICE of the President.
At the time of the Adoption of THIS Constitution WOMEN were not Citizens of the United States. They were citizens our country but they were not Citizens or MEMBERS of our POLITICAL ORGANIZATION until they became eligible TO VOTE.
At the time of the Adoption of this Constitution MEN were the Leaders of country–MEN fought and died in the WARS–MEN made the Laws– MEN who made this government–and it was only the MEN in this country who were called POLITICAL Citizens. Women were also called citizens (with a little “c”). They had rights and privileges living in this country but they could not become a Citizen of the United States because this was an ALL MEN MEMBERSHIP POLITICAL ORGANIZATION at the time of the Adoption of THIS Constitution. You don’t believe that? Just take time out and read it for yourselves. Every office mentions “HE”.
Now this is the first question that I had to ask myself that totally eliminates all WOMEN from being eligible to run for the Office of the President or Vice President.
Now I know that the Laws have been changed–but the new laws did not change the eligibility REQUIREMENTS to become the next President or Vice President of this POLITICAL ORGANIZATION called, “The United States”. The States are POLITICALLY governed by this central government on certain ISSUES.
These Presidential and Vice Presidential requirements have nothing to do with the PEOPLES PERSONAL Equal rights or Equal privileges–it has to do with guarding and protecting our Country called, “The United States of AMERICA”.
Here is the FIRST QUESTION– Were there any WOMEN MEMBERS of this POLITICAL Organization at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution while it was being created, formed, or made?
Did women help make the Laws of this land at the time of the Adoption of THIS Constitution?
Did women make any LEGALLY BINDING POLITICAL decisions at the time of the Adoption of THIS Constitution?
Did Women go to any of the MEETINGS? Were any women on any of the Special Committees? Did women help fight in our War of Independence?
Is a the word “SHE” even mention in THIS CONSTITUTION one time? The answer to all of these questions is NO! Women were NOT part of this ALL MENS POLITICAL MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution.

Meanwhile, during the late 1980’s and 1990’s, the Republicans became a very fractured party with no successful leadership, ensuring the likelihood of the Democratic Party.
In my opinion, this has allowed the Democratic Party to become ever more able to grow the size of government, and to increase their control over the freedom of both private citizens, as well as private industry (through laws and regulations. I want to know this. If our Constitution has been amended concerning its Law to Office where can I find it. Our Constitution Clearly states in Article II Section 1. “The executive shall be vested in A President of the United States of America. HE SHALL HOLD HIS OFFICE during the term of four Year”
People this is the Supreme Law of Office.Where is the Amendment to this Law of Office that shows us the changing of the guards? There has been no Constitutional Amendment made that states that HE/ SHE shall hold HIS/HER Office during the term of four years.
We don’t realize that this Law of Office has not been Amended. Equal rights turned into Law cannot change the wording of this Constitution. Discrimination Rights turned into Law can not change one word in this Constitution. States changing the wording of their Constitutions can not change one word in the United States Constitution.
The only thing that can change this Law of Office is a United States House or Senate Representative would have to submit a Proposal TO Amend the United States Constitution’s LAW OF OFFICE with all intents and purposes to Amend the United States Constitution concerning the equal rights to Federal Office and Powers..
This has not been done yet and the Democrats realize that. This is why last year on May 7, 2015 a TWO Proposals TO AMEND the United States Constitution was made by a United States HOUSE Representative and a United States SENATE Representative.
Now get educated people because HILLARY CLINTON is NOT ELIGIBLE to become the President of the United States until our Constitution gets AMENDED and she knows that. People we are being fooled!!
